Event Schedule

 

START TIMES:

The 2023' OCCI schedule is based on USATF Age Group Guidelines.  You will find the schedule of start times and corresponding distances for each age group and gender for the 2023 Olivenhain KIDS Cross Country Invitational at the bottom of this page.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your child's race to check in at registration and pick up your child's number and packet. (each child receives an event T, and medal)

There will be Day of Event Registration. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your child's start time.

​

Day of  Registration and Packet/Bib Pickup will open at 7:30am on event morning at the Town Hall Meeting Grounds.

DISTANCES:

The course is a USATF sanctioned 500m loop with each race consisting of 1-4 loops. (1 for the youngest age group up to 4 loops for the oldest age groups)

​

AWARDS: 

All runners receive a Finishers Medal, PLUS, we will be awarding additional prizes for the Top 10 in each division at our 3 awards ceremonies.

The awards ceremonies will take place at the approximate times below:

8:55AM - Girls and Boys Ages 4-6 & 11-13

9:35AM - Girls and Boys Ages 7-8

10:10AM - Girls and Boys Ages 9-10
